- Answer I'm sure you have likely purchased this camera or moved on by this point. In general, do not purchase new or used gray market Nikon items if you plan to get the serviced at some point in the future. You will either have to return a gray market item to the country of sale for service or to Japan. NIKON USA as of this date is not servicing gray market (cameras/lenses designated to be sold in other markets i.e. Canada) items in the U.S.A. Make sure that the seller is a registered Nikon Dealer and has a good reputation. Gray market will save you money up front, but if you need to service the camera or need the warrantee, it will cost you much more money and anguish down the road.

- Answer From my experience with ordering three D850's thru Best Buy (2 had issues and had to be returned) if the website has a button saying "Find a Store" it means that they do not have any in stock. The camera has been out of stock for months. Each time I ordered it I had to wait weeks for it. You can check back to the Best Buy website periodically. If there is a "Add to Cart" button then the camera can be ordered. There will be a note below the "Add to Cart" button stating when they expect to have more in stock. But you will still likely wait weeks before it is shipped to a local store or to your home. None of the big photography online retailers have it in stock either. It appears they all get small shipments and honor any orders that have been placed for the camera. It is a great camera but Nikon really screwed up in anticipating the demand - or they are intentionally keeping supply low to keep interest high. Good luck with trying to get one.

- Answer This is Jamie again, following up on the answers above. Unfortunately, Best Buy will NOT match the deal as listed on the Nikon Website. The are not able to provide the free battery grip with the purchase of the D850 Body (despite them selling that package a few weeks ago - before black Friday sales). Frustrated, as I would have like to purchase from Best Buy and be able to pick up the camera in the store and not have to worry about shipping. I've called, went through online help, and discussed this in person with representatives to no avail. Despite other competitors (not really competition because Best Buy is an authorized Nikon retailer) having the package listed. Nikon, Amazon, Adorama, etc...

- Answer No one anywhere has the Nikon D850. It is the hottest camera anyone has seen. It looks just like a Nikon D810 but with almost every spec doubled. Actually it's very similar is appearance to a D500 or even a D610 as well. But inside nothing comes close.

- Answer If you didn't preorder yet it will take months most likely after the holidays. I suggest if you're really interested in the camera to preorder now so you know you're in queue but again there is no guaranteed date since the D850 's are selling like hot cakes.
