From my experience with ordering three D850's thru Best Buy (2 had issues and had to be returned) if the website has a button saying "Find a Store" it means that they do not have any in stock. The camera has been out of stock for months. Each time I ordered it I had to wait weeks for it. You can check back to the Best Buy website periodically. If there is a "Add to Cart" button then the camera can be ordered. There will be a note below the "Add to Cart" button stating when they expect to have more in stock. But you will still likely wait weeks before it is shipped to a local store or to your home. None of the big photography online retailers have it in stock either. It appears they all get small shipments and honor any orders that have been placed for the camera. It is a great camera but Nikon really screwed up in anticipating the demand - or they are intentionally keeping supply low to keep interest high. Good luck with trying to get one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought the d850.... What I did was searched on bestbuy website, walked into the store, spoke with the associate and he ordered the d850. I was offered choices about where i want it shipped, and I chose that local bestbuy store since it's few minutes from my house and safe. As the my ordered arrived, I received instant notification via text and email to pick it up and I did. Another thing, I earned some bestbuy reward points and had discount on my other purchases that same day because I bought the D850.

You can add more cost as you will need to buy the memory cards if you don’t have them and an extra battery is always good. In the meantime you can rent a body and lenses From a local camera store if you need it ASAP for a job while yours comes in.
