• Yes, the adapter will work with the D3300. I do not own apple products, however, and cannot comment on the adapter's compatibility with the iPhone or iPad. This seems to work well with Android products.

• Worked perfectly with my Nikon D3200. Check requirements for D3300. If it has adapter capability it should work. I love the adapter!

• It definitely works with my new D3300 and my old iPhone4. Can't say about the '6 and the Air. I'd download the driver and see if it installs on these devices.
