Is this product compatitble with the Nikon D5100? null

The model: WU-1b is available according to Nikon only for the D600 and the WU-1a is only available for the D3200. The difference between the a and b is b= uses a mini USB and a= uses a micro USB. Not saying of your camera has A USB port it will work I would follow Nikons guidance that for now only the D3200 and D600 will work with these adaptors
