I have had mine for about a year and use it at least 3 times a week. The non-stickiness is just now starting to be less effective. I have never washed it in the dishwasher, only by hand and I let it soak in hot soapy water first. I have noticed the past few weeks I have to really scrub in spots to get the food off. I have not seen anything peeling off, etc., just the fact that the surfaces are not as non-stick as they used to be. Hope that helps.
