• We are thrilled to inform you that you would be able to cook Steak, Filet Mignon and Roast Beef in this system. We would not suggest using this to cook rice.

• I haven't tried either the steaks or rice but I think that steaks are very doable since the air fryer is basically a broiler with a high fan speed. The rice is unfortunately out of the question since there's no heat coming from the bottom to cook the rice and water.
