Does this model make 12 cups of coffee? null

No, this carafe is tiny! I get maybe 3 coffee cups worth out of a full carafe.

No. I usually do just the "classic brew" type and the half carafe can only fill 2 cups. Yes, there's some left over but that's because i'm not filling it to the rim. Regardless for a 12-oz volume, you may only end up with 2 cups. So I would say a full carafe is only good for 4 cups and maybe less if you chose the "rich" or "specialty" type of brews.
