“I just purchased the SP101 and did the set up as stated to make sure all smells are gone for the 20 minutes, It ran the 20 minutes and then took an additional 1 hr and 20 to fully have the fan shut off, Something seems to be wrong before we even use it”

We are sorry to hear of this experience. To ensure that the system is properly ventilated we suggest that you do not have it placed directly against a wall. The fan will run until the unit has cooled therefore, if the temperature in the room is higher it will take longer to cool.
