• Warping is a issue with the fryer pan, I'm looking to purchase a new pan because of that.

• We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty cleaning the basket. The unit should be cleaned thoroughly after every use. The air fry basket and sheet pan are dishwasher safe. For stuck on messes we suggest soaking the basket in hot water and dish soap to break up the mess before cleaning.
