Age of pod and cleaning of filter and just the entire device helps with reducing that. Also there are many different brands of k cups and hence the granules will turn up on coffee once in a quarter
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is doing the same thing, and they are k cups. and now the water motor broke and I just bought this Aug 5th.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It shouldn’t leave grounds in ur coffee using k cups ive used mine a lot and never had this happen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't get a grain of grounds from my kcups. Sounds like you received a defective machine. I would make sure I'm following the manual instructions to the letter; contact support if the problem persists.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They have to be K-pods (the Keurig type). I haven’t had any issues with k cups at all. If you keep having the same issue while using the right pods, then you probably received a damaged machine. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! I had used pods with any problem. Works very well. You should verify that you are using K Pods, not Nespresso.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Be sure to clean your Ninja® Pod Adaptor and brew basket after each use. Grounds can cling to the needles and inside the basket, which can impact the quality of later brews. We recommend closing the drip stop before opening the pod adapter lid and removing the pod to ensure no excess grounds fall in the cup.
