The new one is a little better. Not a real noticeable difference. I wouldn’t recommend upgrade.

I have no issues with mine. I think the color looked great while playing Mario Kart. I have heard that the new Switch is brighter for the display. I have no issues or regrets. Definitely subjective though. Not as big of a difference between the PSVITA display change back in the day.

My console shows a great screen quality, with vivid colors. Maybe screen colors or resolution could be related to the TV set. Mine is SHARP and it really looks great.
