“If there's restock online, is it only for pickup only? In my BestBuy mobile app, it says open for order pickup only and not available for online order. I'm confused.”

Sometimes the stores get a restock that is exclusive for the store in your city that way everyone gets a fair chance in getting one. If it says only available for pick up you would have to go to the store. But if it says unavailable for pick but the item is in stock it means you can get it but they would have to ship it to you.
