I think the other person meant for Japan they are taking preorders, but those pre-orders aren't shipping anywhere else but Japan. For other places we don't know when it'll be restocked. I've heard rumors for beginning of May but nothing is set and stone

It's going to be restocked this afternoon for pre-order. After you pre-order it you will get it in mid May.
