Some countries do have the game code included but it's factored into the price. Example: Use a currency converter on the UK price to see that we actually have the better deal. Bundles are not always better.

Its just the console. If the game was included it would be in the description. The UK are the only ones getting it with the game.

The front of the box says "Game not included." I would say that would mean it's not pre-loaded, no code or disc in the box. No game is no game...

Unfortunately the console is only coming with the game in Europe and Canada whereas in the US the console will be released a week earlier but with no game. Hope this helps!

So the person with the name Sorry. You are incorrect the UK and Japan version does not come with a free game nor a free case. The price is higher on this console to reflect the game and the case. They don’t get a deal on it they are actually paying the same price to if they were buying it all separate.

Only the UK and Japanese AC switch comes with the download code. North American AC switches do not come with the game.
