• Yes you ps4 has let cross play with Xbox and switch so that means you can log in into both

• My son (10) said none of the skins carry over so he had to buy battle passes on the switch. I don't know if there is a way to do it and we just have not figured it out yet. We have not had a lot of time to play around with it yet. All I know is that my son loves this fortnite edition of the switch and has not touched his ps4 since he got it.
