• You would actually do that on your own. It depends on which mobile device you're using. Either Android or iPhone. For iPhone (example), you would use AirTag. A tiny device you put on the bike or scooter for that purpose. There's a small device for Android too. You would have to buy that separately, and found out what you need. NIU doesn't know if you're using Android or Apple. You'll need to get that yourself.
