  • Questionwhat is the return policy?

    Asked by idkidk.

    • Answer The standard return policy for Best Buy would apply here. From any product page, click on the link that says: "Return & Exchange Policy". Clicking that link will give you all of the details. In this case, it's a 15 day return policy for exchange or refund. If you have My Best Buy+, it's 60 days. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/pcmcat260800050014.c?id=pcmcat260800050014

    Asked by cdh.

    • Answer Yes, the handlebars fold down. In the pictures, you can see the latch you would use to fold them down. You can see the point it folds at in the pictures. There's a small latch you pull where it folds.

  • QuestionLooking for a strong electric scooter to commute to work in NYC from NJ. I’m a 6’, 220lb bodybuilder and am mostly concerned about how this will handle on a steep hill which I have to climb on my way home. Any advice or guidance would be appreciated! Thx

    Asked by FitExecNYC.

    • Answer From the product page, click on "See All Specifications" Maximum weight capacity is 265 lbs. Yes, you would be within the max weight capacity; but you'd have to be naked and not carry any cargo -- and be content with going slow. YOU NEED A QUALITY NAME-BRAND E-BIKE !! Not a scooter...

  • Questionis the handle bar adjustable?

    Asked by yeoo.

  • QuestionDoes it have a tracking system in case it gets stolen to locate it?

    Asked by Zuludin.

    • Answer You would actually do that on your own. It depends on which mobile device you're using. Either Android or iPhone. For iPhone (example), you would use AirTag. A tiny device you put on the bike or scooter for that purpose. There's a small device for Android too. You would have to buy that separately, and found out what you need. NIU doesn't know if you're using Android or Apple. You'll need to get that yourself.

  • QuestionCan the scooter get wet? While I understand the tires do not have good drip on wet roads, if I were to lock it up outside in the rain would it damage the scooter?

    Asked by Cole.

    • Answer It all depends. The rules for any electric device are the same, regarding water. If a scooter or e-bike is on it's side, or is standing vertical; or any position it wouldn't normally be in -- this is when it's more likely to take water damage. A light sprinkle for a spell is no worry; it raining sideways for 3 days is different. It's not the water, it's how it's introduced. THAT'S WHY E-BIKE AND SCOOTER OWNERS SHOULD NEVER USE A PRESSURE WASHER! It introduces water into areas rain wouldn't be able to get to. Get stuck in a light rain for a bit? You're fine; just dry it off when you can stop and park. Just don't leave it in the rain, or store outside. You also want to check to see your battery's temperature charging range. You just don't want to leave the battery in freezing temperatures. https://www.cycleboard.com/blogs/can-electric-scooters-be-used-in-the-rain?srsltid=AfmBOoraLAABZFZrpZvwhOKNJ5BeUe7y9qqDLsb85IjrziVgGWpETN5K
