Perfect Birthday Gift – My Son Absolutely Loves It
I bought this electric scooter as a birthday surprise for my son, and it has been an absolute hit! From the moment he unwrapped it, his face lit up, and he’s been riding it almost every day since. The build quality feels solid – the large wheels handle our park paths and grass really smoothly without getting stuck or bumpy like some cheaper models we’ve tried before. The speed is just right for his age (not too wild, but fast enough to feel exciting), and the brakes respond quickly, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. He wears his helmet every time (safety first!), and the adjustable handlebars seem like they’ll grow with him for a while. Good scooter, poor quality control
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she was super excited when she unwrapped the box. Segway makes good products as they always keep safety and mind and their app is very helpful and easy to navigate. Setup was quick and easy and my daughter is able to see all of stats right in her phone. I removed one star due to a lack of quality control in the lug nut cover design. The front tire lug nuts have a cheap plastic bumper cover to protect them from dust, water and other small debris’s I would imagine. On my daughter’s first go around, the left side lug nut bumper cover just fell off and broke. While I don’t think it will affect the functionality of the scooter, it doesn’t look good especially.

Great scooter
I got this to commute daily because the traffic is bumper to bumper for me to get to work. I commute 9 miles each way and do it in 40 minutes. I’ve owned it for a month and it feels really solid. I’ve gotten compliments on the look too. I really love the scooter and I’m thinking of getting a faster more expensive Segway down the line. I totally recommend this one if you’re looking for reliable daily commuter or for zipping around.
