A: I'm not sure if the actual weight that it states. But I am close to 250 lb and I have ridden it back and forth to work 4. MI away a few times and it does great. I wrote it 4 mi to work and 4 MI back. I did not have to charge it in between. Although going up hills it is going to lag a little more with more weight.
Q: Is it key operated? Does it fold and if so, can I get a picture of it hold??
A: Only the steering stem folds down & the seat is removable. But it's flat enough to bring onto a transit bus without the seat without the rear basket mounted and the steering stem folded down. Somewhat heavy at 43 pounds. I'm able to put it in my Kia Soul with the seat & rear basket still on and just the steering stem folded down
