Great buy since it was on sale. Easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. It was for my 13yo son’s birthday and he loves it. Battery life has been good and the speed is just right. Seat can accommodate just about any reasonable height…goes forever. Brakes took a little adjusting out of the box but that should probably be expected. I do wish the key were in a different spot or just different. He toppled it once and bent it completely. Luckily I was able to bend it back and no damage was done to my son or the scooter.

I like the scooter but wish it would last longer because its so much fun for me and my son. I bought 2 so we could scoot around together. They do last 15miles on flat ground during warmer days and about 12 when its 30 degrees outside on flat ground. 9 mile rides if there are hills and stop signs and lights. The torque is linear and doesnt really get going fast at the starts but it coninues to climb speed steadily. The battery is equiped with a battery management chip so that you dont over draw the batteries power and burn out the battery or motor so the bigger hills the unit struggles with me on it at 230lbs. My son is 100lbs and has no issues as i do being heavier. I will be buying a 3rd scooter soon after holidays for the wife. Scooter is easy to learn to ride, and the seat is vary vary comfortable by far. Ride for an hour with no impact. The rear shocks and the seat compliment each other. The basket on the rear is large enough for a 12 pack and on the handlebar stem there is a grocery bag handle hook. The led light is bright enough to ride at night and the rear brake and running light is bright and can be seen from a far. Btale light flashes when applied which i like. For 400$ onsale its worth it. For retail 650$ its not unless it has a large capacity battery. Last but not least the scooter looks good, stylish, well made steel amd the welds look professional. Sturdy construction

This Gotrax Flex Voyager is the best purchase I've ever made for my mobility solution and everything the manufacturer claims! And then some!... Truly a new mobility concept as a hybrid e-bike/scooter with the bike frame tubing & 14X2.5 inch thick tires & wide scooter platform. Yet tires still fits on transit busses bike racks or fold the steering stem & remove the seat to bring inside the bus if the bike rack is not available! Rides so smooth on the sidewalks & takes on the uneven pavement seams & bumps smooth & easily. Cruises the bike lane at 15-17 mph average so I can cover a 15 commute in about an hour and a quarter. Can go 15-16 miles on a charge if if you don't use the built-in headlight & strap your own otherwise only 12-13 miles range and you ride on mostly level ground & not give it full throttle all the time. Pretty good cruiser for a 350 Watt electric motor. Not very fast on steeper hills (8-10mph) but will go up to 22 mph on the downside of a hill so speed does still average around 15 mph. No speedometer but I use my cellphone app. Comes with a brake light! Great for long commutes. Lots of room in the rear basket to load up whatever you need to haul! Comfortable cushy soft seat! Lower center of gravity and stability sitting down too! No removable battery though is the slight downside. So easy to put into our Kia Soul because there's no pedals, chain or derailleur therefore no chance of grease or getting caught somewhere. Easy to hoist on the ceiling bike hook in our lanai storage to conserve storage room. What a practical, compact mobility option. Easy to assemble out of the box (about 15 minutes) It's built solid & maybe a little heavy at 43 pounds but well worth the weight for its solid construction & smooth stable ride! This could be the best selling item on the market soon! Once consumers find out about this great mobility product! Made in USA! (Texas) Price is already inexpensive at $599 for an e-mobility solution but happened to catch a Best Buy Memorial Day sale for only $389! And I also qualified for the Best Buy Citi Visa account with a 12 month interest free payments promotion! So I'm very happy with this purchase! Highly recommend!!!

One speed is set so there is no jerk pull or strain on the body, its smooth and powerful , because of the 350 watt motor rather than the 250 watt motor that struggles to go uphill. Rather than just going 100% and building momentum, this thing goes smoothly in power than keeps momentum easily with a powerful motor. This is important for your joints and putting a strain on your body. The other 250 watt scooters were zippy but they lacked grace and comfort. The seat on this scooter has super cushion and springs that absorb so much of the shock that i hit speed bumps going 100% and it felt comfortable. The wheels do a great job of making sure, you get a smooth ride. Am 40ish old.. so you get the idea. My back and knees already hurt ,so comfort and smoothness is a big deal for me. And i can ride this without a sore back after the ride. The rear suspension also is adjustable to hard or loose depending on your road conditions. So, you can set it to firm, if its a flat road, or loose if its a bumpy , uneven road. So you got 3 things making the ride smooth and comfortable. Cusion seats with springs, rear suspention, and 14 inch peunatmic(air) tires. Its a bit heavier than other scooters at 60lb but it also actually seems to hold the battery charge and deliver on the promise of "range" . Am pretty sure, other 250 watt scooters that are lighter got those lomg range miles on optimal conditions with low wind resistance and optimal weight but in the real world or real road, i used to get about 2-4 miles. This scooter is different because it offers more and undersells it. Finally, it comes with a lock and key, which is a nice security feature but i also will use a bike u-lock but its nice that it prevents you from leaving the scooter on when you lock it up, or anyone from turning it on. Just a detterent from theft. The lights in the rear and front is good road safety, and finally the front splash guard keeps the wheels from shooting the dust and dirt from flying into your face. Best scooter i ever owned.

One of the best purchases I've ever made! It's fast, durable, and has decent storage for groceries. My only complaints are that the light on the front could be brighter and the seat moves around side to side and I haven't yet found a way to get it to sit stagnantly. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the quality. It's easy to set up and readjust if needed. I've so far not had a problem with battery life even after I drove through the the rain. I'm able to completely cut out the bus from my commute!
Great scooter, 15mph was surprisingly fast. Assembly was fairly easy, less than 20 minutes and all the tools came with it. Came with a bit of a charge. I like the key system and the fact that it has a light. I added a small bungy cord to the basket to secure items. Perfect for my 13 year old son to ride around our little college town.

Had this for over a year never fails to fail lol great for a ride seated or standing for more fun. Tops out around 17-18 moh but tough hills can be a struggle well just slower lol it’s wonderful to ride around my small beach town, especially with the little cart in the back for the groceries and such. box fits in car.

Wife and I bought two of these to carry on our motorhome for easy travel around parks, etc. On sale at Best Buy for almost half price got our attention. With my experience as a Skilled Trades mechanic, I could tell during the quick assembly, that this was a well made/designed machine. After a short learning curve, they proved to be more than adequate for our needs. Comfortable, smooth riding and more than fast enough. These scooters enabled two seniors with physical limitations to travel to places previously impossible. The headlamp illuminates well at night, and the tail light flashes when applying rear brakes. It’s also FUN to ride!

I bought two bikes. The charging does take several hours, 5-6. The ride is very good on these bikes. They are a bit heavy. But love these so far.

Rides really well easy to assemble. The charging takes a bit an the battery lasts well depending on how often you use it. I would recommend it if you use it frequently but I don’t know about as a daily as the battery might wear down. The company is based out of Texas as I’ve read so if there is a case I which you need replacement parts.

I recently purchased an electric scooter, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The scooter is incredibly efficient, offering a smooth and quiet ride. Its battery life is impressive, allowing me to travel long distances without worrying about recharging frequently. The design is sleek and modern. The scooter's speed is perfect for city commuting, and the brakes are responsive, ensuring safety. Overall, this electric scooter has exceeded my expectations and has become my go-to mode of transport. My dad also use it for work. Highly recommended!

Great scooter with key start. My teenage son rides this every day to and from high school. Not too great on terrain, made for street and sidewalk use.

Such an awesome standing or sitting scooter! We got it for family fun and it is living up to its expectations and then some! Sturdy frame, quality tires, progressive speed control, comfortable seat, easy recharge, visible battery life indicator, and great head and tail lights. We added a phone holder and side mirrors, but those isn't really necessary. Great shock absorption and runs well on the sidewalk as well as in our back yard. Super easy to maneuver and assembly was very straightforward. Our neighbors were so impressed that they purchased one the very next day!

1.- The product came greatly packed and whith all its tools and instructions, which were easy to follow. 2.- Came charged in full. Very appreciated to start the fun! 3.- Runs great and offers a pleasant ride, due to a soft and comfy seat. Con: Doesn’t keep up on low hills with a 175 pounds person. I'm very happy with my purchase after 2 purchases in A**zon of this item sent used and broken. My last try was at Best Buy where I was able to go and pick it up myself. At Best buy I also got a better deal as well!! Thank you Best buy!

Great scooter. The seat is much more comfortable than a traditional bicycle seat, which is great for longer rides. The basket comes in super handy! I'm able to do so much. Decent speed and quality! Would repurchase.

One of the best purchases I’ve done! Scooter takes me to work in almost the same amount of time my car does. If you’re looking to feel the summer breeze on your way to do small errands this is the perfect scooter. The basket on the back helps with bringing along items. On hills though it does struggle to maintain speed.
