Yes. Multiple people can send pictures to multiple frames.

When you get the app, create your account, and register your frame, you can share the frame access via the app (family gets the app and creates an account of their own) or it creates an email address you can share for photos. You can also create photo playlists and assign them to different frames, multiple playlists to a single frame, and you can grant access to each playlist individually but only using the app. You can find it under the Me tab and then Friends
