• The only apps it will download are from the KaiOS store. It will not run apps written for Apple or Android phones.

• You can download a number of apps offered by the KaiOS operating system. You also have access to the internet to access a service such as Google Play Store. I looked at the KaiOS list of apps; there is nothing listed there for hearing assistance.
