- Answer No google apps can be installed. The phone runs on an operating system known as KaiOS. The only apps that can be installed are from the KaiOS "store." There's not much useful stuff there. Mostly little games and such. Not much in the way of true utility and functionality.

- Answer HOW? I don't see this feature at all. On Reddit, it says there is no such feature so you are stuck with using the keypad to text messages.
