• Hi there, Our devices are sold unlocked, and you can activate the the GSM carrier of your choice like AT&T, T-Mobile and others, and in the exclusive case of the 7.1, with Verizon. You can obtain information straight from the carrier you select. Thanks for your interest!

• Mine was unlocked so a plan was not required. If you are purchasing thru Best Buy with an activation plan, Please contact them for more information.
