“How is this an unlocked phone when I go to my cart it tells me I have to add a line or finance with at&t. The point of calling it unlocked is so your not locked down with the Carrier.”

• Hi there, This device is unlocked. You have the option of activating with AT&T at checkout but you can purchase without activating. Please call Best Buy customer support for assistance using their site. Thanks for your question!
