Definitely Commercial Quality. I’m a Personal Trainer and work at several gyms and have used every brand of treadmill and This NordicTrack 2450 is as good if not better than any Other treadmill that costs twice as much! Matrix, Cybex, LifeFitness, This NordicTrack is on Par with those treadmills! I’ve had this treadmill for exactly 3 weeks now and have already walked over 200 miles on it!
