“This says a feature of the treadmill is a cushioned deck. It says "you can choose to cushion your run or have a true road running experience." It does not feel like there is cushion. Is there a way to "choose to cushion my run"?”

i don't see any method of toggling the cushion deck off or on. It does have an incline adjustment and speed. But nothing more than that. I do like the cushion deck though. sorry if that isn't helpful.
