JoeyG The unit itself takes up about 62” x 42” of floor space. For a comfortable workout environment, we recommend giving yourself about 5 additional feet in front of the machine for your workouts. This is generous. A workout can be completed in tighter spaces. However, it would be ideal to give yourself more space. Email us if you have further questions at ce@NordicTrack.com.
