I put it together by myself. There's not a lot to put together because the center tower comes assembled. However the pieces are heavy especially the base pieces so you will be trying to balance the center tower while trying to stick the bolts for the 2 base/ legs in. This is the hardest part of the assembly but it can be done by yourself if you're careful.

There, it will indicate any tools you may need and give you recommendations. We recommend 2 people work together to assemble this equipment, which averages about 1 hour to complete from start to finish. Keep in mind that this is heavy duty equipment that will require muscle to move, especially the base legs, which anchor this equipment safely to the ground to prevent it from falling should any natural disaster occur. The most difficult part of assembling the Fusion is the weight of these pieces so be sure to have some muscles helping with the process. It’s a great workout experience! Careful to use proper form to avoid any injury just as you might do while lifting weights. If you need further assistance, email us at [email protected]. We’re here to help. Thanks - NordicTrack
