I only found a few workouts that I could use as a sample. IFIT wants to sell you their products. I like the features but it’s quite expensive. Might want to consider buying a gym membership instead of sinking another 33 dollars of subscription into your workout!

Great question! This unit allows for featured workouts when the unit is connected to a wireless network. The workouts will change periodically overtime but a paid iFIT Membership is not required.
