Q: QuestionDoes this machine have built in work outs or do you have to purchase iFit to get programs?

• A:Answer I only found a few workouts that I could use as a sample. IFIT wants to sell you their products. I like the features but it’s quite expensive. Might want to consider buying a gym membership instead of sinking another 33 dollars of subscription into your workout!
