Yes, it can be overclocked via overclocking programs like msi afterburner.

Why do you have to do this? If you wanna over clock pay the extra money to get a better card. FFS, dude, overclocking voids the warranty and when you burn it out, and you WILL burn it out, you're out 600 bones. Don't be a cheapskate, put out the dough for a bigger card.
