There may be few restocks in the next month. Given there weren't any this week (following week of it's launch), that itself explains the inventory. Videos online also show a new 3060 ti version coming soon (already hitting shelves in Saudi Arabia) and is apparently releasing in US towards the end of november or early december (rumors) so id assume nvidia is most likely ramping up production for those as well as restocking the 70, 80 and 90 cards
