“For christmas I'm building a pc, I want to know should I try to get the 3070 FE on the 29th? Or should I just wait until it might come back in stock during November or early December. (Of course there's no promises, but is there any general idea?)”

Its worth a shot to try to get it on the 29th, but there will be lots of competition and it is highly unlikely many people without bots will get it. I recommend turning notifications on for the 3070 and checking regularly throughout November and December. Good luck!
