Drops often happen every two weeks on a Tuesday or Thursday from 10:30-12:30 est, I highly recommend joining a discord server or Twitter account that sends out notifications when they drop. These are often delayed though so once you get a notification you want to stay on the page and refresh until you get a chance to buy it. No other places are really charging a fair price at the moment so bestbuy is likely your best bet.
