• A:Answer Your power supply is 50W less than what NVIDIA recommends for the RTX 3070 for the card's specs: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/graphics-cards/30-series/ I would strongly recommend looking up the specs or benchmarks for your parts on PC Part Picker or another website to ensure that your power supply's capacity is not exceeded. At minimum, expect your power supply to run louder (assuming your current GPU uses less than ~220W) and I would not recommend overclocking your 9600K unless you are very confident about your system's power usage.
