A:AnswerThere won’t be any bottlenecks in current games, future games that use more cores might but you’ll be set for a while. No PCIE bottlenecks even if you have a b450 board since pcie 3.0 won’t be fully saturated by a 3070.
A:AnswerThat is true, they are buying up every graphics card they can find. No way to reserve one. If it ever comes back in stock, the scalpers and the bitcoin miners have bots that will buy it instantly. So unless you and I can beat them, we are out of luck.
A:AnswerAs of December 2021 there are graphic cards shortages all over the place. The shortages happened in late October and has extended out to now. My best guess is that these cards might be in stock in early January 2022 or even later.
