A:AnswerGraphics cards are extremely sought after & you'll be lucky to get one at MSRP. The reason for the shortage is because of COVID & the chip shortage.
A:AnswerPick up in person makes it more difficult for scalpers. Also the new verification system makes it almost impossible for bots. They want to go straight to checkout, the verification messes them up.
A:AnswerThese Founders cards have followed a pattern of being released in lump sums at physical locations only, however, in order to secure one you will have to camp out overnight. Best Buy has put up notices a day in advance of both of the drops that have happened so far.
A:AnswerYou could probably RMA it through Nvidia. Of course withe the scarcity of these cards I wouldn’t recommend it. You may end up with a refund and no video card at all.
Mine has some coil whine too but not so much that I can’t live with it for now.
A:AnswerThey are constantly restocking, the problem is the website doesn’t even have a chance to tell you its available because millions of bots are programmed to buy them instantly. Basically buying one for the msrp will be impossible for the next couple of months
A:AnswerA couple weeks ago, Best Buy had about two stores in each state available for in-person purchase of graphics cards, namely the 30 series. It was only for a day, (because it sold out) but they might do it again.
A:AnswerFrom what I've heard they haven't sold a single RTX 3070 Ti FE card. Look around and you can't even find anyone/anywhere even trying to scalp one of these. They just don't exist yet. I've already purchased an EVGA 3070 Ti but haven't put my build together. I'm still holding out for an RTX 3080.
A:AnswerUnsure what that's supposed to mean but Best Buy usually sells cards about once every 2 weeks and last "drop" was June 10th so expect the next stock to come in June 24th plus or minus a few days
