“I got this model at the bestbuy 202q, Aug 26. However every time I turn on the game, the crazy coil whine noise bothers me. I can vividly hear that noise even I play the game with little volume. Is it possible to replace this graphic card?”

You could probably RMA it through Nvidia. Of course withe the scarcity of these cards I wouldn’t recommend it. You may end up with a refund and no video card at all. Mine has some coil whine too but not so much that I can’t live with it for now.
