If you type in "Bottleneck calculator" you can find the results over at pc builds dot com. It says that with your 3700x and a 2080Ti the bottleneck would be less than 3%. So if you DOUBLE that number, you'd still get less than 6% difference. PLUS, the only time you'd have to upgrade is if your playing 4K gaming of which you did NOT mention your monitor in your specs!
