Be on the look out for in person releases. Usually these are 1 per customer and most people are unwilling or unable to wait in the line. The last one that i know was in mid july. I waited there from 12am to opening and was able to get a 3080 ti. They also release in bigger quantities at in person releases, but they only happen when best buy announces them, im not saying to wait outside any best buy on a random night.
