The sound could very well go down simply because it depends on the quality of the sound recording and it varies from program to program.

Beyond that, it really depends on a number of factors. What is your internet connection speed? Slower connection speeds won't give you the same quality, no matter the service, than faster internet. How was the concert encoded? Depending on the encoding and compression, you might lose out on quality but it's difficult to say without knowing more. Additionally, what audio equipment are you using? Do you have nice, $1,000+ stereo speakers with a sub and a receiver? If so, it's more likely you'll notice compression, artifacts, etc. If you're using your TV's speakers, a less expensive speaker setup, or a soundbar, you may not notice a difference even if there is one.
