Through a browser? If that's your question then yes. It's not gonna be the most fluid experience, but it's possible. I'd recommend downloading the Shield remote app or getting a Bluetooth keyboard before attempting this & pulling your hair out though.

You can access the internet using any apps available in the Play Store (Youtube, Disney+, Netflix, etc). Chrome or any other web browser is not available there but you can sideload those applications if you need them.

Yes either via ethernet or wifi.
