• Since Phillips Hue has Google Assistant support, you should be able to control it with Google Assistant on the SHIELD TV using your voice.

• From what I have read this version cannot be used as a hub for Smart Things or for a Plex Server like the Pro Version from 2017 and 2019 can be used. I would say for that reason most likely you cannot use this to control Philips Hue as well. I cannot say for certainty though.

• If it works with any Google Assistant based home control it should. Mine works with SmartThings and Harmony hubs. I checked the "Works with Google" list within the Google Home app and Phillips Hue is one of the items.
