• No, the Only thing that does is Apple tv but it doesnt even support the full feature list of HDMI 2.1 i belevie only color, not refresh rate ect

• No , No Nvidia shields Have an HDMI 2.1 they support HDMI 2.0b with HDCP 2.2 and CEC support
