• Stay away from the controller. After a firmware update, it gives issues.

• Yes you can play Killer Instinct games. As long as you got the ROM, the Shield comes equipped with the Google Play store to buy or download free the emulator for each game. I personally do lots of Retro gaming on it and it's as smooth as a PC (but with a better controller)! Hope this helps!
