- Answer To install Office 2019, you'll need an internet connection. Unless you use the Office offline installer. After installation, you're free to use your Office software without an internet connection. - Answer Product keys are region locked. Meaning, whatever country you purchase Office from, you will also need to install and activate Office within that country before using it internationally. If you don't, Office will not work.

QuestionI have Windows 10. In it I have MS-Publisher 2002 and MSWord (both almost too old work properly), can I save & still open my work with Office Home & Student? Also, does MS have another version of Publisher (to make cards, labels, etc.)?

- Answer All the new Windows products should be backwards compatible, meaning all the old versions will work under the new one. The only difference will be when you open them, they should ask if you want to convert it to the new version...just hit "ok". The new version of Publisher should do that. I used the 2008 version and it worked great!

- Answer No for the iPad you can download Word, and other office apps but to fully utilize Office you would have have to purchase an Office 365 subscription. This is meant as a one time purchase for Mac or Windows PC.

- Answer Yes, yes and yes. I have used 2019 MS Office to open and modify both Word and Excel files created using the 2003 version of MS Office that I have on a DVD. It is a perpetual software license. I was suspicious about buying the download version; but, no one seems to have DVDs of the new versions of MS Office these days. The literature I have read says that it is possible to reinstall this software on another computer by contacting Microsoft and giving them the product code for your software. They will deactivate it; so, it can be installed on another computer. The product code is the 20+ character code you use to install the software on your computer. I strongly suggest that you write the product code in more than one place; so, you can find it when you need to.

- Answer Mine is a one time purchase price to be placed on only one device. There are no additional fees ever. I believe Microsoft offers other packages that require recurring fees, but not this one.
