“Does anyone know what tilt lock/unlock do?Mine does not move back and it just remain at one straight direction, which I like to be able to push it back?Can anyone help?”

• Thank you for your inquiry. You can unlock the tilt feature by pulling out rear handle. To lock push handle straight into center of chair. The chair can be locked in 3 tilt positions. Best Regards, Office Star Team

• Pull straight out on the middle, circle knob underneath you to the right. While pulling out, push back on the upper part of the chair.
