• If you click on the drop-down arrow next to Order Status, you can then click on See All Your Past Purchases. You can search for it that way.

• You can check your deleted messages, which I assume you did, with no success. You can also have the digital card resent by the sender. If you have access to the Best Buy account that it was sent from you can also access it from there as well. I hope this helps.
