“Is it possible to change/customise or turn off the Macro Keys on the far left side?”

• You should be able to do this through the Omen Command Center. It is an application installed on the laptop.

• Yes it can be enabled/disabled. HP has a software called Omen command center which shows gpu/cpu/mem stats and you can change what the macro buttons do. They are disabled by default with nothing assigned to them.
